Since 1983, Case & Associates has been redefining multifamily and commercial property management with a unique vision based on family values and superior customer service. The company was founded by Mike Case, who believed he could improve the current standards of management by bringing more of a personal touch to client relationships and company culture. His son, Scott Case, now leads the company with the same vision and is involved in every aspect of the business from maintenance to leadership. Our executive team has over 200 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Case & Associates proudly manages over 30,000 units across six states and continues to grow.

Jason M. Kennon | CCIM, Commercial
Leasing Jason graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Finance degree in the spring of 1996. After realizing he really didn’t want to be a “banker”, he started his real estate career in January 1999 at Walton Property Services, a commercial real estate appraisal firm, under the tutelage of Mr. Steve Walton until February 2002.
Jason is a current board member of the Tulsa Chapter of NAIOP and commits the majority of his civic time to the Tulsa Boys Home and Down Syndrome Association of Tulsa.
Jason earned his CCIM designation in October of 2010 and plans to complete all of the requirements to achieve his brokerage license in the next 12 months.
Jason’s CCIM designation — one of the most rigorous credentials in commercial real estate — means every leasing and management decision at our Tulsa properties is backed by investment-grade analysis, which translates to financially stable, well-maintained buildings for our tenants.

Bob Meyer | CPM, Commercial Leasing
Bob started his Real Estate career working for Case and Associates 1989. He worked as a porter/painter/maintenance man on three small properties Case managed, in what is known as the TU area or 6th and Lewis in Tulsa, OK. He was able to work his way into the leasing and management of properties and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1994.
Bob then joined First Commercial Real Estate Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he and his team brokered more than $450,000,000 in apartment transactions earning the NAIOP’s Apartment Deal Of The Year, four years in a row.
Having been back with Case and Associates since 2009, Bob works with the commercial and industrial properties, assisting in the leasing and management.
Bob’s CPM designation and decades of experience in Tulsa commercial real estate — from hands-on maintenance work to managing hundreds of millions in transactions — means tenants get a property manager who understands buildings from the ground up, not just from a boardroom.
Bob strongly believes Real Estate companies should be searching for secrets, skills and tools that will enable them to create and mesh together business processes, so outstanding, customers will want to stay with and use them, time and time again.

Drayton Case | Commercial Property Assistant
Drayton came on board with Case & Associates in 2015 and is proud to be part of the family business, joining his dad and grandfather. He has experience with groundskeeping, apartment leasing, accounting and is now starting his journey in commercial leasing, where he oversees one of the Case properties with the intent of fully managing it in the future.
As a third-generation member of the Case family, Drayton brings a personal stake to every property he manages — a reminder that for this team, commercial property management in Tulsa isn’t just a business, it’s a legacy built over more than 40 years.
Drayton truly enjoys his role, especially when he can get out of the office and meet new people. He loves being part of a very hardworking team, which motivates him to be better.
When he’s not working, you can likely find Drayton traveling with his wife of 6 years, playing video games or listening to Morgan Wallen.
Drayton is also passionate about giving back and supports causes like Folds of Honor and LifeChurch.
